RT Financial Services Overview
RT Financial Services, LLC is an asset-based lender offering hard-money financing to real estate investors. We typically limit our funding to loans needed for fix-to-flip, or fix-to-rental. Our loan terms will be secured by a first deed of trust lien on the property which includes land, and all improvements thereon.

We loan to investors who have a clear vision of how their project plan and execution will deliver the profits they expect. We do our own due diligence based on the guidelines and we expect that our prospective borrowers have already done their own due diligence on the project costs prior to contacting us.
